My PC has just succumbed to a virus and will not let me run my anti virus software or any other programme. I have tried re-installing my copy of XP but to no avail. I am not computer literate and I am at a loss as what to do next. Would this problem be fixed if I bought Windows 7? I don’t want to go to the expense of purchasing Windows 7 if like XP my system won’t let me install it.
