Time for Freeware.
Each week (I) shall be writin a review on a piece of free software which I think everyone else might enjoy. If you even want to chalenge me to find a freeware alternative to some kind off expensive programme then I will be happy to accept, and find you your freeware. Next weeks review starts with HTML-Kit.

i find that it dont handle php and little support for external CSS.

i mainly use bluefish for linux, dno if its available for windows, that does everything + handles plugins for other types.

yes, for hands on - linux is good for webdesign programming and coding.

True, but linux users tend to be coders anyway!

yes, it would probably be more easier to make linux run mac progs than making them run windows ones.
