Accessing my full BIOS/CMOS

HP have limited my access to the BIOS and I can't change my CPU Fan Speed Setting (1,000rpm) and I have a fan capable of 3,500 rpm. Is there a way I can get around this?

there should be an option in bios to enable advanced settings, the speed of the fan will be adjusted automatically when it is needed. if you cannot change the speed you could plug your fan into a non controlled fan socket or directly to the PSU.
