amd processor 3800+ dualcore socket 939
gigabyte motherboard
2x512 corsair memory
80 gig hard drive seagate
nvida 6600le gigabyte graphics card
650watt psu
15'' tft monitor
NEC drdvw
LG cdrw
floppy drive (not sure on make)
windows xp pro

You see, AMD  is changing the socket too many times, AM2 is incompatible with 939... :-( silly AMD. Therefore this guy can't upgrade without a new board.
