Kaspersky finding Trojans
Well, Kaspersky finds some trojans on my PC, in the same location, almost every time I start up. This seems to have happened on a flash drive, I bought back from school. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I am toying with the idea of re-installing Windows, and with is, getting Vista Home Premium OEM 32-bit (64-bit if it is the same price).
