Help on upgrading my pc - Sony XL202

Hi,

I hope some can give me some advise on how to upgrade, as I know little to nothing on the subject.

I have a Sony Vaio XL202 Media Centre pc. details as follows...

Phew !!

I have had it for a few years now, and wish to upgrade it.

However I lack the knowledge on what I can upgrade etc...

is it possible to change the Processor from the Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 to a Quad ? for example. and also the Graphics. can I upgrade them ?

And advice on what I can do would be Immensly appreciated ...
